This back pack is designed to comfortably carry a Hooligan tool, a sledge hammer and bolt cutters. It is made of 1000 denier Nytaneon and is heavily padded with closed cell foam. Each tool has its own pouch and Velcro retention straps. The pouches are provided with a drain hole. The back pack itself is contoured to the shape of your back. The shoulder strap and chest strap are fully adjustable along with the waist strap.
